Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their order only after placing the order and before it has been shipped.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through phone call or message to our customer support team.
Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund Process
If an order is cancelled successfully before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing may take 4–5 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of herbal and ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos). Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
